Description: Pacific Distillery was founded north of Seattle in some Washington’s wine-growing regions. It was actually born from an herb shop where their knowledge of botanicals was put to immediate use in fashioning gin. They work with 19th century technology–in this case a traditional copper pot still favored by many microdistillers–in order to create “old world” style spirits. Voyager Gin is a self-proclaimed “gin lover’s gin.” As a traditional dry gin, it carries the heavy juniper notes with citrus accents. Pacific Distillers uses grain spirits for their base and all organic botanicals in the flavoring of their gin.
