Description: Siete Misterios Barril is made with 100% agave Barril, which is a member of the Karwinskii family. The agave Barril is named for its resemblance to a barrel once the leaves are cut from it and it is ready to be cooked. Typically, Barril offers more earthy and herbal tones. This mezcal is distilled in clay pots and all of the milling is done by hand.
