Description: Lovely tarnished silver color; pristine purity. First sniffs detect loads of lead pencil, limestone, mineral notes that are supported by dusty dry scents of hemp/rope, flax seed, wax paper; later inhalations encounter more nuanced fragrances of dill, sage, hay/straw, burnt paper, black peppercorn, grass springtime vegetation that are reminiscent of rhum agricole. Entry taste is bittersweet and intensely grassy; midpalate shows a more succulent side as the flavor profile remains juicy, concentrated, and more cedary/piny than fruity or ripe. Finishes medium long, spicy, compact, bittersweet. Exotic, superbly satisfying.
