Distilled from Carribean sourced molasses in our pot still and then aged for 1 year in bourbon whiskey barrels, Eight Bells Rum has flavors of toasted spice and vanilla with a long, smooth finish reminiscent of caramel, oak and figs. It is excellent sipped neat, or enjoyed in your favorite rum cocktail.
