Description: Mezcal Legendario Domingois made in the village of San Luis del Rio in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is produced by Master Mezcalero Gregorio Velasco, using agave espadin which is harvested at 8 to 9 years old. The piñas are roasted in pit ovens before being pressed by a traditional tahona which is comprised of a stone pulled by a horse. The juice is fermented in wooden oak vats before being double-distilled through copper stills. It is bottled at 48% ABV.
