Description: Hand selected maguey/agave roasted in a conical sstone oven. Tahona milled. Naturally fermented in wooden vats. Hints of leather, chile jalapeno and roasted pumpkin. Tobala is distinct with flavors of chile powder, green peppers, smoked sage and lemon oil with a sweet and hermal finish.
