Certified Organic from start to finish by the Organic Food Federation—from the ingredients, distillation, maturation and bottling this precious spirit was carefully hand-filled to new oak barrels and left to sleep undisturbed, for 14 years in our vaulted warehouse at Deanston Distillery.
