Description: We begin with our citrus forward gin and then we maserate lavender and rosehips so we can pull out the fresh botanical oils which provides our gin with a distinct look and mouthfeel. We finish this gin in virgin oak barrels for 2 months to add a natural spice to our already flavorful gin.
