Description: This seasonally available whiskey is made with buckwheat and Victory Malt to emulate the nutty and floral characteristics of buckwheat. As with all our whiskeys, it is produced 100% in house, non-chill filtered, has no added colors or flavors and is aged in small 15 and 30 gallon barrels. Please note that this product has been retired. Therefore if you are luck enough to find a bottle, grab it – it will be impossible to find in the near future.
