Description: Our Pacific Spritz is a tropical take on the classic Aperitivo-style Spritz. We created a lightly bittersweet Aperitivo and paired it with a rosé wine blend from the Finger Lakes. It is bright, bubbly, and not at all too sweet. If cocktails are experiences, then the Pacific Spritz is a cross between watching a sunset in Sicily and watching a Sunset in Hawaii.
