Description: Corsair Spiced Rum is a proprietary blend of fall spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and whole vanilla beans. After aging in our small 15 and 30 gallon barrels this rum has a fall forward dry palate great for mixing. After aging we repurpose the barrels to age our Barreled Gin giving it it’s signature fall flavor profile.
