Description: The Bouquet des Coeur de Lion XO is complex and fine, with notes of ripe apples, almonds, apple pie, vanilla and spices. The palate is also rich, initially fruity, then increasingly smooth and with a long finish. Served at room temperature in a nosing glass, it goes particularly well with Normandy Livarot cheese, apple pie and as a digestif.
